To make sure you get the best fitness experience possible, in addition to their certifications, ALL our fitness staff attend in house education in anatomy, assessment and practical exercise education developed by the owners of ABC.
Our Master Trainers are some of the most highly educated professionals in the industry. Only those who are certified or degreed in more than one area and have years of experience make it to this level.
Our Senior Trainers are those certified in at least one exercise discipline and are on their way to achieving Master level by continuing their education and obtaining the practical hours required to meet ABC criteria.
Our Certified Trainers are embarking on their professional journey. The workouts they provide are monitored for safety and appropriateness to the client's goal and level. An owner is always available to help guide and encourage.
