At Absolute Center we offer private and small group training, group mat and equipment classes, all priced individually with no memberships required. Our group classes are designed to maximize individual attention in a group environment. Or you can choose our exceptional personalized private training for individual attention or one of our membership packages to work out on your own. Any way you choose, you’ll benefit from ABC’s unique approach to total body reconditioning.

We have approximately 4200 square feet of fitness and group exercise areas. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

The Pilates area is stocked with a full line of equipment made by Balanced Body, the leader in Pilates equipment. The resistance area is made up of pieces selected from leading manufactures like FreeMotion, HumanSport, Gravity, Keiser and StarTrac.

Our sunlight filled 1000SF “Wood Room” is home to numerous group classes like Pilates and Yoga as well as a great space that can be rented for parties, lectures or classes.

Our approach to reconditioning is based on helping you achieve your goals by integrating Resistance Training, Pilates and Yoga. Our studio offers a comfortable, personal environment, perfect for seeking the knowledge to help understand and implement your full potential!
